Property for exclusive use

Large villa of approximately 350 m2 created from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse, whose owners have left its ancient country characteristics intact. The stone walls have preserved the warm amber color typical of the Siena land. The villa’s central location in the hills above the Arno valley allows you to easily reach Siena, Arezzo, the Trasimeno Lake and Perugia. The large property has been entirely fenced in and includes large treed areas and lawns, ideal for playing with children. A large table under a wisteria pergola allows you to enjoy dining outdoors. Just a short distance away, in a rather secluded position, is the heated swimming pool with heating pump (6x12, 1.5 m deep, the temperature of the water depends on the exterior temperature), open from May 1st to September 30th, and a 4 –person Jacuzzi bath, also heated.

The villa has a small Home Cinema room with 4k screen (Disney Channel, Prime, Netflix, connection for Playstation and your own laptop, connection cable not included). It is possible to have the owners as chefs, experts in Tuscan cuisine as well as an hourly maid service. Possibility of breakfast service. If you wish to hire a musician for a party, you can request a local singer. Midweekly linen change and cleaning to be requested when booking. Comfortable furnishings with Tuscan antiques. Internet wi fi included in the price. Car park. Central heating.

PLEASE NOTE: pets are allowed if they are well behaved. Possibility, upon request and against payment, to add an adjoining bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor (suitable exclusively for children).

Air conditioning in the small lounge and in the corridor in front of two bedrooms (1st floor), and in 4 of the bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor).

How do damage deposits work?
