There are two villas , one with 3 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms (on 1st and 2nd floor) garden and big swimming pool. Monitoring alarm system at your service. 10-minute walk to the public beach, restaurant, banks, supermarket nearby, etc.

It is recommended to use the a/c only at night but not 24 hrs which some clients do. If ever they are using it 24 hrs then they will be responsible for any breakdown of the a/c.
They are recommended to put their alarm on whenever they leave the villa.
A non -refundable deposit of 25% of the total price is required to reserve the villa and the balance to be paid
upon arrival in euro.

The Mauritius North Coast/Grand Baie region
A romantic getaway, Mauritius has perfect beaches – and much accommodation is right on the beach. Grand-Bay or Grand- Baie has shopping and nightlife, and Peryebere beach is perfect for relaxing and sun bathing. There is wonderful deep-sea fishing and golf, as well as relaxing spas and great restaurants.
The Pereybere area
In Northern Mauritius, you will find the best beach where there is a very low coral reef. The Pereybere beach has no coral reef or any other species in the water which may hurt the swimmer, the sea is very clean.
There is a motorway from the airport to Grand Baie and then 10 minutes to Pereybere.or 1km from the villa. The northern part of Mauritius is a coastal area, meaning that it has a hot climate compared to the central part of the island.
Guests can swim at the beach of Pereybere where there are all kinds of activities on the sea is available, e.g glass bottom boat, sea surfing.
