Found in the coastal area of Pereybere, north of the island , where beautiful beaches touch each other, and nested in a small tropical garden , at only a few minutes walk to the idyllic beach of Pereybere, your villa will enchant you.!! have you not been dreaming ,since so long to set foot on this lovely island and have a piece of paradise ?? Here is where your dream shall become true.
Open the gate, and refresh your eyes, enjoy the tropical feeling of this small garden with coconut trees. Here is where everybody shall relax lying on the loungers which we placed especially for you. a few paces and hop , you are on the terrace. When you open the living -dining room, just dial your secret code and the alarm system will allow you in. While we get down your luggage, visit the villa inside.

The Grand-Baie region
Grand Baie is situated on the north western coastline of Mauritius. This village consisted of nothing but poor fishermen and their families. It had nothing going for it but beautiful beaches, emerald waters and a deep sheltered bay. During the 60’s nobody on the coastal regions could afford bungalows, so they derived their meagre living from the sea. Things took a dramatic turn in the 70’s when the price of sugar rose dramatically. Suddenly many more people where able to afford bungalows and because of Grand Baie’s location it developed quickly.
This once sleepy village has now become the main tourist centre. The town has everything for the tourist, from trendy boutiques to craft shops. There are a plenty of restaurants, night-clubs and discotheques. Accommodation varies from Hotels to self-catering bungalows. It is now the main centre for yachting, water-skiing, wind surfing and other water sports.
Pereybere area
There is plenty to do in Pereybere with its situation so close to the sea there is are cruises and boat trips as well as regular fishing trips. You can go parasailing and really take in the beautiful lagoon, then there is always the diving and snorkelling as there is a wealth of marine life and corals to discover.
But if all this seems a bit much for you why not just relax ad take in the beautiful beaches, warm sunshine and lovely turquoise seas.

Further details indoors: Spacious living-dining room with tv, then leading to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee-maker, toaster,microwave, gas cooker.....well everything to try some mauritian delights. Then from the kitchen , make two steps and you are here in the bathroom.A magnificent angular bathtub, clean toilet. washing machine available too. Take the stairs, three magnificent rooms with air-conditioning. Two of the three rooms open into the balcony with view on the garden . Here we can place an umbrella for you or simply we leave you to enjoy the sun with a nice book in your hands." Oh! a break with the routine life was so important" . If you wish to have a bath, no need to go downstairs as you have a second -bathroom-toilet here upstairs. Towels, bedsheets and bedlinensare provided and maid services are provided free, twice a week All shops, banks, beauty parlours, fruit and vegetable markets, restaurants, banks, sea activites, diving centres, big-game fishing , catamarans , and .......of course beach are at 350 metres away. Our challenge is to make you.......come again!!!!

Ian Elliot from England: Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic! This is the simple summary of our holiday. We have been to Pereybere Mauritius 2 times before. This was the 1st time to stay in this villa and I can honestly say it was the best so far!" Ikbal made excellent arangements and his description of the villa and photo's on this web site are 100% accurate. Communications and support from Ikbal, before, during and after the holiday were excellent. The villa is well located for the beach and restaurants of Pereybere, all reached in less than 5 minutes casual strole. My best summary is: we will return to Pereybere Mauritius and we will rent this villa. What more can one say!
Alexander S. from Germany: Perfect home for perfect vacations! Plenty of space for the entire family with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms. Clean, quiet and very convenient located close to the good public beach of Pereybere. We were there with a 2-year old infant and can recommend Pereybere and the house for a perfect family vacation. A garage is on the premises for a rented car, but we preferred to take the public busses running at the coastal road frequently. Airport pick up was well arranged by the landlord. Shopping for food and restaurants were within walking distance (300 m). What else? We miss the breakfasts and dinners on the terrace and the extra shower in the garden for showering of the salt water and sand after spending the day at the beach. Only complaint: That we had to watch on TV the Germans loosing to the Brazilians in the football Confederations Cup semi final."
