A Private villa in grand Bay about 1 km form Pereybere. In a complex yes, but the villa is private with its own private pool and yard and parking everything. Rather quiet with security, internet ADSL. ideal for those who wish to be on holidays and be connected always.

3 bedrooms in all of which 2 standard rooms and one ensuite bedroom( with attached toilet and bathroom ), fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, terrace, 2 more toilets and more bathrooms.

Comfortable and new construction.

the supermarket, banks and all other activities at one kilometre away.

The beach is at 1.3 km away . But with a car equally included in the tariff, everything becomes easy.

The Mauritius North Coast/Grand Baie region

Villa is situated midway between Pereybere and Grand Bay. beautiful beaches, emerald waters and a deep sheltered bay. Grand Bay and Pereybere are the 2 main touristic spots of the island with all touristic facilities. There are a plenty of restaurants, banks, shopping centres, supermarkets, diving centres, fishing and other attractions. Accommodation varies from Hotels to self-catering bungalows. It is now the main centre for yachting, water-skiing, and other water sports.

The Pereybere area

There is plenty to do in Pereybere and in Grand Bay . You can go parasailing and really take in the beautiful lagoon, then there is always the diving and snorkelling as there is a wealth of marine life and corals to discover.

But if all this seems a bit much for you why not just relax ad take in the beautiful beaches, warm sunshine and lovely turquoise seas.

Take a car rental or a chauffeur-guide from us to visit the whole island.

Banks, supermarkets, diving, fishing, snorkelling, all beach activities are nearby.

Henrik Stabell: more than met our expectations. The villa was even nicer than it seemed from the advertisement and we found Pereybere to be perfect for us. It is a small town that has everything you need and it is not not crowded. Very relaxing and pleasant place to stay, but with plenty of activities if you feel up to it. The public beach is great and very clean, but there is also another beach with almost no people where you can relax all day. Both are only 500m from the villa. many great restaurant across the street.are fabulous and made sure we were comfortable at all times and made our stay even better. Mr Ikbal was all smiles also and made sure we were picked at the airport and delivered at the end of our stay, as well as making sure we were comfortable . It is a great villa with plenty of space in a calm atmosphere."
