About the home

This beautiful villa is situated in the baroque town of Perast on the outskirts of Kotor. Being only 5 metres from the sea it is offering various possibilities for the visitors such as swimming, sunbathing, diving, yachting, sailing, water-skiing. In the evening one can enjoy charming restaurants and bars in the vicinity and at the same time admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the area. The spectacular view to the two small islands in front of Perast is what makes this town unique in every sense.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room and kitchen as well as the toilet. Stairs are leading to the first floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa is ideal for families since it consists of two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. It offers a unique experience

From the first floor of the villa there is an access to the rear garden where there is a barbecue, sun umbrella, table and chairs. In the courtyard in front of the villa one can sunbathe and enjoy beautiful views of Perast. It is also possible to use a courtyard as a parking space and there would be space for two cars.
Small pier which is situated right in front of the villa offers various possibilities.

Fast rivers, clear lakes and gorgeous mountains can be accessed within 100 kilometres distance.

The Perast area

Small town of Perast is situated in the middle of Boka Kotorska Bay preceeded by two islands - Abbey St. George and Our Lady of the Rock. A tourist can explore it by visiting a Museum of Perast where there are lot of datas about its rich history. Numerous palaces and churches are witnesses of its rich past.

One can enjoy numerous activities during the spring and summer in Perast such as The feast day on 15th of May, Fasinada on 22nd of July and Local Festival of Klapa in August. Charming bars and restaurants are spread along the coast where a tourist can taste a cuisine of Perast.
