The villa is situated about 20 metres from the seafront and is a perfect place for relaxing. It has been refurbished and is stylish, yet remaining in touch with the Venetian Gothic Heritage. The ground floor is open plan with large sofa which is also a double sofa bed, satellite TV, a kitchen and is fully furnished.
On the first floor there is a large Master/ family bedroom with kingsize double bed, double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. On the second floor one room has a double bed and the other twin beds and the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. All the bedrooms have stunning views over the Boka Kotorska Fyord.
A local lady is happy to deliver a meal to the villa if you have young children or just want to relax and enjoy a meal cooked for you on the terrace.

The Coastal Montenegro / Boka Kotorska Fjord region
One of the four Montenegrin seaside regions, Boka Kotorska is made up of four beautiful bays, it is adorned by historic towns and surrounded by wild and rugged mountains. This stunning Fjord the only one in the Mediterranean is a true visitors delight, full of scenic variety, charm and exploring potential.
Kotor is situated at the bottom of the Bay of Kotor and is a UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The old town has managed to keep its medieval Mediterranean atmosphere with narrow, zigzag streets and churches dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. Inside the old town there are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a lively night life during the holiday season.
Kotor has a daily market for fresh produce and day trips can be arranged from the Harbour. Montenegro enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate with long hot summers and a five- six months swimming season.
Perast area
Perast is essentially an old stone nautical town with a strong Venetian influence. It is located on the Kotor Bay and surrounded by mountains covered with pine trees. The natural beauty is breathtaking with views around the bay. The town is rich in history which can be uncovered in the local museum. Montenegro is relatively undiscovered by western tourism but this is sure to change with the publicity it has recently been given.
Perast is tranquil and picturesque and suits the more discerning traveller who is looking for something special and provides a great base to discover the countries’ beauty.
It is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region - Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquility, history, walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.
During July and August it is possible to water ski, wake board, banana, rings from the beach at Orahovac or arrange to be picked up from Perast. It is also possible to go for day trips on this motor boat or other smaller boats. All details are in the villa.
Kayaking is another water sport that can be arranged from a place near Kotor.
Perast is also a nice quiet place to be out of season, use it as a base and explore the many walks or organised hikes around the Bay of Kotor or visit the old UNESCO World Heritage sites. We can put you in touch with people who organise hikes and walks mainly between April and end of June and September to end of October when it is not to hot. We can also help you with a few walks if you want to walk at your own pace.
