The stylish open-plan living area consists of a lounge seating area with flat screen TV, sound system and DVD player, a dining area to seat 6, and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher, ideal for self-catering.
The property consists of one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one large twin room, a single room and a bathroom. Both bathrooms have high quality fittings, and include a shower, wash basin and toilet.
The property is fashionably decorated throughout to complement the unique features of the villa. It is fully air-conditioned, and has a log fire for use in the winter.
The villa is made up of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, with 1 en suite and 1 bathroom, both fully fitted. The stylish, open-plan living area includes a stylish living room with modern kitchen and dining area.
Full Length French windows on both sides of the living area provide the villa with striking views and extraordinary light within the impressive vaulted, beamed ceiling. Both sets of windows open out onto private terraces and gardens either side, making the property ideal for outside living.
The Peraleja Golf Resort boasts a stylish Clubhouse with bar, restaurant and piano bar. As well as the par 72 golf course, other sporting facilities on the resort include two tennis courts, paddles tennis courts, a full sized football pitch and an equine centre is due to open this year. There is also a children's play area, making the resort ideal for families.

Villa Amapola has an extended swimming pool, private gardens and terraces at the front and rear of the property, with front-line views of the golf course and stunning surrounding countryside. The gardens include typical Spanish features, including lemon trees, an olive tree and bougainvillea.
There is a secure entry system for the property and a car port with an ornamental treated wooden pergola.
There is ample garden furniture, sun loungers and a pool shower, making it ideal for outside living.

^ A damage deposit of £250 is required on arrival or when booking, which will be returned within 14 days of the completion of your holiday, following satisfactory property inspection.
^ This is a new resort and the facilities are increasing every day. As a new resort, there may be construction work and construction traffic, although this phase of the resort is virtually complete. The prices offered reflect these facts, but offer superb value for money in terms of luxury and location.

^ The property has an insurance policy appropriate for holiday rentals, which is very important.
^ A more extensive grocery pack, wine or champagne can be arranged on your behalf.

^ 50% of payment is required when booking, and full payment is usually required 10 weeks prior to travel.
