The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Peraleja Golf area
La Peraleja Golf is a new, luxury golf resort, with superb properties, styling Clubhouse, night club and commercial centre. The general impressions is of a great harmony with the natural environment, and you will certainly be able to observe the wildlife with a wide variety of birds including falcons and eagrets. The resort backs directly onto a nature reserve.
The par 72 Seve Ballesteros designed course is both challenging and beautiful, with lakes, streams, hills and bridges, and with the ancient dovecote as a centrepiece. The clubhouse facilities are excellent.
In addition, the resort is located in the heart of the golfing valley and is a great base to try all the courses.
The local town of Sucina offers local shops, petrol station, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and bars.
The ancient university city of Murcia is just 20 mins drive and provides excellent shopping facilities and historic sightseeing. You can enjoy outdoor dining at the numerous squares and plazas throughout the city. Why not take a tapas tour - details from the local tourism office.

La Peraleja Golf is easily accessed, with flights from all major UK and Ireland airports and many mainland Europe airports flying directly to Murcia/San-Javier MJV (20 mins from Peraleja), or Alicante ALC (1 hr drive).

Further details indoors: The home benefits from air conditioning, central heating and log fire. There is a flat screen TV and DVD which also serves as a hi-fi system.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, with a shower room. On the first floor you will find a twin bedroom, single bedroom and second shower room. There is a large terrace off the twin room providing an alternative dining area with incomparable views. The fourth twin bedroom is up another flight of stairs.

This is a new resort and the facilities are increasing every day. As a new resort, there may be construction work and construction traffic, although this phase of the resort is virtually complete.
The prices offered reflect these facts, but offer superb value for money in terms of luxury and location.
Although this is a non-smoking villa, an ashtray has been provided for use outside the villa.
Conditions
The property has an insurance policy appropriate for holiday rentals, which is very important.
A deposit is required of 50% with booking and the final balance must be received 10 weeks prior to departure.
You will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused accidentally or by the improper use of the property. A damage deposit of £250 is required to be paid with the final payment. This will be returned to you within 14 days on your return, subject to no damage being reported by the management company.
