Peraleja Golf Resort is a brand new contemporary style development comprising individual villas built to a high specification and offering open plan living accommodation surrounded by wonderful views of mountains and the Mar Menor coast line.
24.4 Romera is a 2 bedroomed single storey villa located in a quiet front line elevated position at the 7th hole with spectacular open views. The HEATED POOL makes it an ideal destination all year round with average outside temperature of 20C. The villa is furnished to a high standard with modern furniture, many home comforts, satallite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, air conditioning for the summer season and cosy log fire for the winter months. The Peraleja Golf course is a stunning exclusive championship layout course designed and planned by legendary Seve Ballesteros. Although the course is brand new, it has matured in a short time and offers magical holes, large lakes and a lovely coastal breeze from the shores of the nearby Mar Menor. Described as a challenging course, it is manageable for players of all standards.
There are excellent first class facilities in the club house, with a restaurant/cafe/bar located on the top floor with stunning panoramic views of the Mar Menor and mountains, the ideal place for a cool drink after a day on the course. The club house is operated by friendly, helpful staff, golf lessons are available for those wanting to improve! The resort has a driving range, putting green, golf buggies, golf club hire, tennis courts, football pitch, pro shop and supermarkets closeby. The area is fast becoming known as Europes golfing mecca, with many courses in the area, including La Manga, Roda, El Valle and Hacienda Riqueime. There are also tennis courts, football pitch and small play ground for younger children. New equestrian centre open in 2009, a very short walk from this Villa.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The region of Murcia is home to the most fertile land in Spain and is covered with orange, lemon and olive groves. The Mar Menor the biggest natural lagoon in Europe is nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and stunning mountain ranges provide a spectacular backdrop to the region. The pretty beach resort of Santiago De La Ribera and Los Alcazares are less than 20 minutes away. For nature lovers the national park Sierra Espuna offers spectacular scenery.
The historic city of Murcia which boasts a magnificent catherdral lies north of Sucina and approximately 35 minutes away. The historic maritime town Cartegena has a history stretching back to Roman times and has a pretty pedestrianised area through the city.Towards La Managa lies Cabo de Palos a small point of land jutting into the Mediterranean, this is a marine town with a famous lighthouse up the hill. There are many wonderful seafood restaurants here, it is a bustling place in the height of the summer season, especially if there is a relgious festival on. For nature lovers, the national park Sierra Espuna is approximately 35 minutes away and offers spectacular scenery.
Peraleja Golf area
Peraleja Golf is fast becoming one of the regions premiere courses. The resort is also ideally located for sight seeing, days out on the beaches and shopping in Murcia and Cartagena. Sucina is the nearest village approximately 5 minutes from the resort which includes two English supermarkets and for large scale shopping Dos Mares shopping centre is located about 20 minutes way near San Javier.
How to get there
There are many low cost flights to both Murcia Airport (San Javier) approximately 20 minutes travelling time to Peraleja. Alicante airport is approximatley 45 minutes to 1 hour drive, with excellent motorway links.

Should the booking fall within 6 weeks prior to the departure date full payment must be received and is not refundable.
Breakage deposit of £150.00 is required at the time of booking and will be returned within 10 days of departure.
Conditions
Changeover fee of 55 euros plus 10 euros per person, must be left in cash at the property on departure, if you forget to do this, it will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
Rent does not include green fees.
