About the home

Modernised detached granite built fisherman's cottage in Marias Lane, Sennen Cove. Magnificent sea views overlooking the harbour.

The cottage has been recently renovated and has gas central heating. It contains a very large sitting room with a newly fitted woodburner. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed ,while the other bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed which converts into a double bed.

There is a terrace at the front of the property overlooking the sea. There is lovely area accessed from the kitchen via double doors which is ideal for eating breakfast on the table provided. There is a substantial terrace at the back of the property which has superb views and is in the sun throughout the day. It can be used for dining on , recreational activities or lounging around.

The kitchen is well provided and has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and cooker.

The sitting room is large and very comfortable with a wood burning stove if needed. Stripped pine floors throughout. There is a television and dvd playerand wi-fi connection.

In the bathroom there is shower and bath. There is also an outdoor hot shower, ideal for washing yourself after being on the beach.

There is private car parking at the rear. It is a five minute walk down to Sennen beach or a fifteen walk to Lands End.

Sennen Cove is one the most idyllic spots in the British Isles. It compromises a traditional Cornish fishing village and a wonderful beach, which is both perfect for family days out or all levels of surfing.

There is an excellent restaurant and cafe called the Beach and a friendly local pub, the Old Success. There are also a general store, a fish and chip shop, surf schools, and an arts and craft shop.
