NEWLY RENOVATED TERRACED COTTAGE IN VILLAGE LOCATION WITH SEA VIEWS

This delightful cottage has beautiful beams, original stripped floorboards, bespoke latched doors, exposed granite and wooden lintels, all expertly crafted by local tradesmen. The ground floor is laid throughout with Travatine. The love and care of workmanship makes this cottage a cosy, quaint haven to relax all year round.

Situated in the charming hamlet of  Carnyorth near Pendeen, enjoy a stroll to one of the public houses or one of the local Meadery restaurants in the evenings or partake in a game of golf at the Cape Cornwall Golf and Country Club with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa. The South West Coast Path is nearby, offering stunning cliff-top walks to Lands End and beyond. Discover long sandy beaches, hidden white sandy coves and many National Trust houses and gardens such as Trereife and Trengwainton, to name a few. Other attractions in the area include The Minnack Theatre which enjoys a stunning backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, Lands End, famous St Michael's Mount, the fishing village of Mousehole and the art hub of St Ives with The Tate Modern and Barbara Hepworth Museum, which is a short drive along the coastal road.

The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with stone fireplace and woodburner TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Steps lead up to rear door and shower room. Outside: rear enclosed garden reached by a few concrete steps. Amenities: ample parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electricity and heating included ( £20 winter surcharge applies October - April payable direct to the owner). Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: shops, pubs and beach all within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
