Elvan Tor is just a short scenic stroll from Mousehole harbour with two small sandy beaches and larger pebbled beaches with rock pools just waiting to be explored! The ancient village with its narrow streets and cobbled lanes, surrounds the harbour and boasts numerous art galleries, potteries, excellent restaurants, pubs and a village shop.
Mousehole has a regular bus service, is on the cycle path and has the most incredible cliff walks. It is a short drive to Lands End, Porthcurno with the famous Minack Theatre, St ives and Marazion to name but a few.
Mousehole, just 3 miles west of Penzance, is an ancient, traditional fishing village, full of character that has remained unchanged for centuries. It is particularly magical at Christmas with its famous Christmas light display that attracts visitors from miles around to enjoy the views and atmosphere.
Elvan Tor is situated in a slightly elevated position, therefore enjoying uninterrupted breathtaking sea and coastal views towards Marazion, St Michael's Mount, The Lizard and beyond. The flat, part of a larger property, offers smart, bright and comfortable accommodation, with a private separate entrance from the Patio garden into a large hallway with staircase up to a large bright open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with tow large windows taking in the views (ideal for seal watching), a separate bedroom with double bed and shower room.

The flat is ideally suited to 2 people however, there is a bed settee in the sitting room so could accommodate up to 3 people if required. Children over the age of 7 years welcome. - Additional £75 per week payable for more than 2 people
Saturday changeover although we can be flexible during the quieter periods.
Short breaks are welcome - depending on time of year and availability = 3 nights 80% & 4 nights 90% of weekly rental
Conditions
Changeovers are Saturday to Saturday, however we can be flexible during the quieter months. The property will be ready on day of arrival from 3pm and must be vacated on day of departure by 10.00am.
Prices are for 7 nights based on 2 people sharing – inclusive of bedding, bed linen, towels, electric heating
**An additional £75 per week is payable for more than 2 persons staying and /or those requiring the bedding/bed linen for the bed settee** Please note, only suitable for one extra person

Great apartment,very comfortable and only 5 mins walk from Mousehole harbour which remains lovely and unspoilt. Nice touch of welcome pack and fresh flowers. |
