Many of them are within walking distance of the property including the Newlyn art galleries, the sub-tropical Morrab Gardens, the fabulous open air art deco Jubilee swimming pool (one of only two that remain open in the UK) and the South West Coastal Path and Cycle Way to name but a few.

Door to small pretty little courtyard, outdoor furniture and washing line. First Floor: Bedroom One: Double bed with additional furniture, two easy chairs to take advantage of those fabulous views! Bedroom Two: Two 3ft single beds, integral wardrobes and en-suite cloakroom with WC. Bathroom: Bath, large shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, hand basin and WC.
Further details outdoors: The property boasts a beautifully maintained and delightful front garden with outdoor furniture, BBQ and gas heater for those chilly September evenings! – Parking behind the cottage in a private and secure facility.
