Many of them are within walking distance of the property including the Newlyn art galleries, the sub-tropical Morrab Gardens, the fabulous open air art deco Jubilee swimming pool (one of only two that remain open in the UK) and the South West Coastal Path and Cycle Way to name but a few.

Bedroom Two: Two 3ft single beds, integral wardrobes and en-suite cloakroom with WC. Bathroom: Bath, large shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, hand basin and WC.
