Sunville is an ideal holiday home for a large or extended family and friend's holiday due to its central location with all the amenities of this bustling regional hub within walking distance of the property. A five minute stroll will take you to the sea front with the famous art deco outdoor swimming pool, Penlee Park with it's large children's adventure play area and renowned art gallery, the famous Morrab tropical Gardens, a great selection of quality restaurants, take aways, pubs and shops, all within walking distance, even the cinema is only a 15 minute walk away.

The resort beaches of Sennen Cove, Porthcurno (including the world famous Minack Theatre) and St. Ives are all reached within a short drive of this property.

Penzance itself offers probably the best transport hub in the County with the main rail links into Cornwall and throughout the County. Open top buses leave from the bottom of the road to explore West Cornwall, The property is also just 10 minutes walk from the Harbour for access to the Isles of Scilly ferry for a memorable day on these sub tropical islands just 28 miles offshore.
