Furnished in a fresh, contemporary style and decorated throughout in neutral warm colours, Beachcomber exudes quality in every aspect of its internal appointment and benefits from video entry phone, private parking for two cars, solid wood floors, 50 inch Flat Screen TV with freeview and HD channels, music system and DVD Player, communal BBQ and seating area with those fabulous views! Beachcomber is one of the larger apartments and is luxuriously appointed with two ensuite double bedrooms. The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the world famous Minack Theatre with its renowned productions. The beautiful golden, sandy beach stretches for miles at low tide and is ideal for swimming and surfing. During May through to September, Basking Sharks and Dolphins are frequent visitors to the bay, in the stunning turquoise sea. The valley has a local pub which serves good food, a post office and stores, two tennis courts, a beach cafe (100 yards) which serves delicious cream teas and crab sandwiches! The olde worlde Logan Rock Inn at Treen is a five minute drive or a 20 minute cliff walk for the more adventurous! This is a first class holiday home that you will find very hard to leave, so book well in advance, you have been warned!.

Entrance through communal front door with video entry phone. Lounge/Dining/Kitchen area: Large open plan space with wooden floors with eco-friendly renewable geothermal energy provides underfloor heating. Double glazed picture windows to take advantage of those stunning views. Leather sofa seating, dining table and chairs, 50" flat screen TV with Freeview and HD Channels, music system and DVD player. Communal WiFi available - will only work via your laptop as there is limited mobile service in the area. Please Note: Due to the wifi being communal, this service is not guaranteed. Fully fitted kitchen units with integrated appliances including dishwasher, electric hob and oven, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bedroom One: Double bed, additional furniture.En-suite Bathroom: Bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Bedroom Two: Twin beds,(can be zipped together to form a six foot superking.
