The mixture of slate and timber flooring, vaulted ceilings and exposed granite walls has resulted in a comfortable, uncluttered yet stylish holiday home which you will find very hard to relinquish! - The breathtaking beaches of Sennen and Porthcurno are easily accessible from the property together with the villages of Trewellard, Pendeen, Botallack and the town of St. Just, all of which offer local amenities, good value pubs and restaurants. The regional hub of Penzance with its air and sea links to the famous sub tropical isles of Scilly is only a twenty minute drive.
ACCOMMODATION: Entrance through front door to open plan Lounge/Kitchen and Dining area with slate flooring throughout. Fully fitted Oak kitchen units with gas hob and electric oven, integral fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, leather sofa seating, electric “stove” style heater, TV/DVD and CD player. Dining table and chairs. Stairs to first floor leading to Shower Room: Cubicle with thermostatic shower, hand basin, WC. Bedroom One: Twin beds with rural views. Bedroom Two: Double bed with views overlooking the sea. Full central heating. Outside: Rear door from kitchen to enclosed gravelled area with suitable garden furniture and small BBQ. Parking for one car.

Pendeen and surrounding area has rich history of copper and tin mining with ruins and works are scattered around. St Ives is a few miles away with it's harbour, beach and Tate Gallery. St Ives Bay is a must visit location for beach fiends with the awesome miles of golden sands around Hayle, Gwithian and ever popular National Trust land around Godrevy Head.
