Luxury B and B Room full of character in a converted Old Cornish school in the charming village of Heamoor, Penzance. The School Room is newly refurbished, fresh and clean. Ensuite shower room, king size bed with crisp white linen, towels, TV, wifi, hair dryer, snug and dining area with tea making facilities. There are many amenities in the village e.g. Chemist, fish and chip shop, bakery, cost cutter and pub that serves good food. This accommodation would suit a couple that value comfort and privacy as it is a completely separate annexe with its own entrance. Whether it's a walking holiday, sight seeing or you just need to unwind and relax and breathe in the Cornish air this location is ideal for those visiting many places e.g. st Ives, lands end and penzance. There is also parking . No minimum stay. This room sleeps 2 however you could sleep a child/teen in the snug area.

The Cornwall region
The school room is set in a converted old Cornish school situated in the character full village of Heamoor on the edge of Penzance. It may only be a stone throw from Penzance however it borders the countryside. You get the best of both worlds central location near the a30 but also feel like your a million miles away from the tourist town. Nearby you can explore the breathtaking beaches of Porthcurno (and the minack theatre) sennen cove, st Ives, and marazion with its iconic causeway out to st michaels mount. Trengwainton gardens is within walking distance. Trewidden and Tremenheere Sculpture gardens a short car journey. St Ives and Lands end are definitely worth a visit and don't forget the charming picturesque fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn. Further a field there are many more gardens and beaches to visit a well as the famous Eden project. You'll certainly never run out of places to see, walk, eat or relax.
