Two small supermarkets, restaurants and a public house are all within a short walk. From nearby there is a charming stroll along a seaside footpath to Newlyn, with the coast road and footpath continuing on to Mousehole. Penzance town centre and the harbour are both about 15 minutes walk away along the promenade. A wealth of pretty coves, fine beaches, ancient villages, historic settlements and gardens open to the public are all easily accessible in the area.
Modernised, recently redecorated throughout, and with double glazing and night store heating, this is very comfortable, family accommodation, in a quiet location, yet within easy reach of all amenities. The gardens have a sunny aspect and are fully enclosed for children. The owners have done their very best to ensure their guests have every comfort and item of equipment they would expect to make this a 'home from home'. The owners live locally and welcome contact by phone to answer questions about the area or to attend personally to any problems or difficulties to ensure you have a pleasant holiday.

Parking in driveway and garage with enough space for a small boat. Shops: Two small supermarkets close by.
