Together with two en-suite bathrooms, a pretty rear courtyard and complimentary bicycles (two), it is not hard to understand why this charming little property will be in constant demand for the ensuing season. A former miner's cottage dating back over 100 years, the property is located in the very centre of the village in a crescent shape of similar buildings which also contains the famous North Inn (Cornwall Pub of the Year 2003) and the local Post Office ' perfect to post the cards home and enjoy a quiet pint!

Entrance through front door to inner hall with original period coloured glass door. Bedroom One with en-suite shower room: Iron/Brass double bed, painted wood panelling, original Victorian fireplace (closed), shower room complete with small hand basin, WC and tiled cubicle, wood laminate floor. Kitchen/dining area: Fully fitted shaker style units in cream with Terracotta floor tiles, Rayburn (all cooking and hot water), microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher and CD player. Stairs to first floor landing and open plan lounge with coastal views from both double glazed windows. Gas 'wood burner style' fire, TV/DVD, sofa seating, wood laminate floor. Bedroom Two: Pine double bed, integral wardrobe, wood laminate floor. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail.
Outside: pretty paved courtyard with bench seat, utility room with washing machine, freezer & tumble dryer. Storage shed with complimentary bicycles. Private parking for one car at rear of property, free parking to the front.

Pendeen and surrounding area has rich history of copper and tin mining with ruins and works are scattered around. St Ives is a few miles away with it's harbour, beach and Tate Gallery. St Ives Bay is a must visit location for beach fiends with the awesome miles of golden sands around Hayle, Gwithian and ever popular National Trust land around Godrevy Head.
