Home description
If a friend sent you a post card saying that they were staying in a stunning holiday home, sipping an ice cold Pimm's whilst sitting on a sun drenched wooden deck which is perched on a hill with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, St Michael's Mount and overlooking one of the prettiest seaside villages in England - you probably wouldn't believe them - until now!
Built in the late 1920's, Trevilley is a traditional large family home which was completely renovated for the 2006 season and exudes every modern creature comfort including twin sun decks, a double conservatory, en-suite Jacuzzi bath and even a summer lodge in the garden ' ideal for the grand parents or those rowdy teenage sons or daughters! ' The owners of this magnificent south facing property have deliberately styled the house with a nautical feel however it is very much beach house rather than beach hut!
Several features include an open fireplace built from shipwrecked timbers and an outside staircase leading from the summer house which has oars for banisters. Large slabs of slate surround the BBQ area bearing a selection of verse from various famous poets. A very unusual and stylish property which once found ' never forgotten and certainly very hard to leave!

The West Country / Cornwall region
The West Cornwall area is a premier holiday destination and offers something for everyone. Take your time to relax and bask in the sunshine, enjoying many of the golden beaches that adorn the West Cornwall coastline or take a relaxing walk through the lush moorland or a more energetic hike through the clifftops which will give you access to amazing scenery and you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the Ocean.
Picturesque villages dot this area and there is always something happening in the summer months that range from local festivals to outdoor activities. There is an abundance of culture, heritage and spirit in this area. Sample the wonderful Cornish cuisine in one of the many traditional English pubs or watch the sun set whilst enjoying cream tea and cakes in one of the many cafes. This area is also a must for shoppers with its mix of big name retail outlets and smaller eclectic shops.
Whether you are looking for an action packed holiday or somewhere to get away from it all, West Cornwall is an ideal destination for any type of holidaymaker.
Penzance / Mousehole area
Mousehole (pronounced Mowz-ul) is a hugely atmospheric old fashioned fishing port, with history and legends dating back centuries. Narrow streets, twisting alleys and a bustling fishing harbour make it a fascinating village to explore. The rugged Cornish coast is on your doorstep with towering cliffs and gorgeous coves. Mousehole itself looks out over Mounts Bay with views across Penzance, Marazion beach to St Michael's Mount, all the way out to the Lizard (England's most Southerly point)
