A delightful Studio Apartment set in a private home in a quiet, semi-rural residential area on the outskirts of Newlyn. The accommodation has been very tastefully and thoughtfully designed, providing a modern, attractive and comfortable holiday home for two. There are lovely rural views across the pretty rear garden to fields opposite.
The property is split level, with the owners' accommodation at ground level to the front, and the apartment at ground level to the rear. It is completely self-contained with it's own private entrance. This is a charming apartment. Please note: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for children.

Attractive open plan Bed-Sitting Room/Kitchen/Diner: Double bed. Electric fire, TV, large radiator. Nice view across garden to fields. 'Belling' electric cooker, combination microwave oven, small fridge. Shower Room: Large built-in tiled shower cubicle, radiator, basin and W.c.
Outside: Use of pretty rear garden and patio, with lovely rural and sea views. Quiet road parking outside. Approximately 1/2 mile down to village shops at Newlyn.
Please note: Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property and unfortunately, pets are not accepted.

The West Cornwall area is a premier holiday destination and offers something for everyone. Take your time to relax and bask in the sunshine, enjoying many of the golden beaches that adorn the West Cornwall coastline or take a relaxing walk through the lush moorland or a more energetic hike through the clifftops which will give you access to amazing scenery and you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the Ocean.
Picturesque villages dot this area and there is always something happening in the summer months that range from local festivals to outdoor activities. There is an abundance of culture, heritage and spirit in this area. Sample the wonderful Cornish cuisine in one of the many traditional English pubs or watch the sun set whilst enjoying cream tea and cakes in one of the many cafes. This area is also a must for shoppers with its mix of big name retail outlets and smaller eclectic shops.

Penzance / Newlyn area
Newlyn is a lively fishing port, stuffed with cosy fishermen's cottages, twisty streets and alleys on the western edge of Mounts Bay. St Michael's Mount itself is visible (legend has it, the island was a side effect of two giants throwing huge lumps of rock at each other) across the bay. Cornwall's attraction are all nearby by road, or for the more adventurous the Isle of Scilly are a helicopter ride from Penzance heliport. There's a strong artist tradition in the area and many galleries and museums are available. The Tate Gallery over at St Ives is definitely worth a visit.
