A Detached Cottage offering single storey accommodation in the small village of Treen. The building is over 100 years old; originally a cart shed and small barn, it has been totally refurbished to provide a bright compact holiday home. The woodwork and doors are in natural timber and there are pitched, beamed ceilings.
Popular with walkers, Treen is set amidst one of the most beautiful coastal areas of Cornwall, much of which is owned by the National Trust. There are beautiful clifftop walks, with spectacular scenery. Up a footpath from the village, and below Treen Cliff, is Pedn-y-Vounder beach, though access does involve a quite steep descent by path. Built into the side of the cliff just over a mile away is the famous Minack Theatre. The little fishing cove of Penberth is approximately 10 minutes walk away. The nearby 'Logan Rock Inn' offers good food.
ACCOMMODATION:
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Microwave, electric cooker, fridge, storage heater. TV, video, DVD player and music centre. Bathroom: Bath with electric shower over, basin and W.C., heated towel rail, airing cupboard. Bedroom: Double bed, storage heater.
Outside: Small rear garden (the entrance to which is shared with the adjacent property), with furniture. Forecourt Parking. Local Shop nearby.
