Outside: Decking area with quality garden furniture, communal gardens. Private parking for 2 cars. Shops, pub, restaurants and beaches are a short stroll down the hill.

Due to the location of this property and the steep access steps, it is not suitable for the elderly, or those suffering with mobility problems. Young children must be supervised at all times
