Further details indoors: The first class standard of this attractive accommodation, the lovely views, and the nearness of the beach (approximately 300 yards to access) all make this an excellent holiday location. There are two village pubs, late opening local stores, and there is a large supermarket approximately 1/2 mile away. Penzance in less than a mile away, and Marazion is within two miles. A short stroll along the beach path will take you to The Station House, a beachside restaurant; continue on into Marazion, with a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs. A lovely holiday home, with full gas central heating and a cot provided.

Very large, angled windows and glazed doors with superb view over Mounts Bay, and leading onto a large decked balcony with seats, tables and a perspex paneled safety fence and the same lovely view, TV,Video, DVD player and Stereo. Newly fitted kitchen units, worktops and breakfast bar: electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Open tread pine staircase to open gallery Sitting Room/Bedroom Four: Double sofa bed, looks out over the living room and the sea view.
Outside: Patio garden with decked area, fully enclosed by high timber fence. Parking for up to three cars in garage and driveway. Village shops just two minutes walk away.
