Lounge: A large and spacious open plan area with comfortable sofa seating, slate feature fireplace with open fire, TV with Sky (Freeview channels only), dining table and chairs, French style double doors leading to patio/BBQ area, garden furniture and those dazzling sea views. Kitchen: Fully fitted units with American style fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher and not to mention those views! Leading off the hall. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC. Separate shower room. Family bathroom with bath, hand basin, WC.

The gardens are not landscaped to lawn but are a combination of rough sea grass, small trees and bracken. The garden is not fenced off on the seaward side and gradually slopes down to a rocky shoreline
