Utility Room: Washer/dryer, freezer and microwave. First floor. Bathroom: New bathroom suite with overhead Venturi shower, basin and WC. Bedroom One: Double bed, wardrobe, DAB radio. Bedroom Two: Double bed, integral wardrobe. Bedroom Three: Single bed, wardrobe, attractive full height sloping ceiling with Velux window.
Outside: Private front courtyard garden with benches. Private parking space for one medium sized car in communal courtyard.
