"Lovely cottage..clean and comfortable with parking"
very enjoyable week at lovely cuckoo cottage..thebed and mattress needs to be replaced..as very uncomfortable..also grill in cooker does not get hot.but we loved this cottage and parking was a bonus… More
I am sorry you found the spare bed uncomfortable but it is used mainly by children, due to the size of the room it is difficult to supply a bigger better bed. Thank you for letting us know that the grill is not working satisfactorily, we will look into this. Very glad you liked the cottage despite the above.

This is a lovely, small cottage in the heart of the village, which catered for your every need. The cottage is full of character and the owner provided a personal touch on arrival, which didn't go unnoticed. The road leading up to the cottage is small but there is parking in front of the cottage if you are driving. There is also a regular bus service so we found that we didn't need to use the car once we got there. The cottage neighbours and everyone in the village are extremely friendly and pleasant. We had a great holiday and would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a real cosy and traditional cottage to relax in. We would also like to add that the owner of the cottage was excellent when booking the cottage, she provided additional information and was always quick to respond to any queries, during and after the booking. Great village, great cottage....would recommend!

I would just like to say that the photographs of the cottage do not lie. There is plenty of bedding for all beds in the property. The power shower has to be switched on to work efficiently and hot water has a booster which also has to be switched on. There is a flat screen TV with built in DVD. This guest made no attempt to contact myself or my housekeeper with any complaints which we would have been happy to deal with.
