The lounge/dining area contains two double settees, a TV with freeview and DVD player, and a large dining table with four chairs. There are a number of DVDs, books, and local tourist information.
The kitchen area contains a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, electic kettle. The drawers and cupboards contain full sets of cutlery, glasses, cups, dinner plates, side plates and bowls; tea and coffee pots; a variety of cooking and serving utensils.
Bedroom 1 contains a double bed with Dunlopillo mattress, a small built-in cupboard and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, a tall cupboard and two small chests of drawers. All bedlinen is provided.
The bathroom contains an electric shower, WC, handbasin, heated towel rail and storage drawers.
Towels are not provided.

It has been seen as a special place for artists, and has many excellent art and craft galleries including notable public attractions such as Tate St Ives.

The Penzance / Gulval area
Kenegie Manor Holiday Park is set in magnificent countryside, yet is close to Penzance itself.
The park centre provides free wifi access, an internet cafe, a swimming pool, a sauna, a launderette, and a licensed bar serving food in the evening. There is a children's play area and tennis courts - equipment can be borrowed free of charge by guests.
Kenegie is convenient for shops, beaches and all other amenities. Nearby Gulval village has a pub which serves excellent food and real ales.
