A luxury single storey two bedroom barn conversion with fully equipped kitchen/lounge area and a log burner for cosy nights in. Glorious rural views over the surrounding countryside, private gardens and furnished patio with barbecue and outdoor Hot Tub. Ample parking and Ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

The property has one double bedroom with French doors that lead to the patio and one twin. An elegant bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, centrally heated throughout and log burner. Flat screen T.V, Video, dvd and music System. Meadowside has every convenience to help ensure a relaxing
break in the country.Short walk to pub

Lounge/kitchen/diner very light with one and half walls glazed to appreciate the glorious rural view across Lamorna Valley. Cosy at night being fully central-heated and with log burner. 2 soft squishy leather sofas to curl up on after relaxing in the outdoor Hot Tub. Fluffy house towels provided though you need to bring your own beach towels. Plenty of little extras are the norm eg cream tea or home made cake to welcome you on arrival, fresh flowers, complimentary toiletries etc. Enchanting short walk to pub, then on to stunning cove

Furnished patio and Outdoor Hot tub.Second suntrap patio area totally private at the back of the property. Garden furniture including sun-loungers. Pretty flowers in tubs, very large lawn and gardener keeps farm site beautiful.Short walk down our field takes you to the local pub, Lamorna Wink, then another 10 minute stroll to picturesque Lamorna Cove where you can have an evening meal or a morning coffee while you sit and watch the world go by. Very peaceful setting will have you feeling at home and relaxed the moment you arrive.

Ideal for anyone with limited mobility. Single storey but 2 steps down from car park which we can provide a ramp for. Small step going in to property then all on 1 level. Wi-Fi going in at end of Feb

The West Country / Cornwall region

Dramatic coastline and beautiful countryside makes the West Country and in particular Cornwall an ideal holiday location. Miles of fine sandy beaches to relax and unwind, Cornwall is also an excellent location for surfing and water sports. Summers are often warm with plenty of sunshine perfect for coastal walks or just relaxing on the beach.

Take in the scenic coastline at Kernock great for walks as well as some safe, child-friendly beaches. Head to King Arthur's Tintagel or rent bikes and go exploring!

The Penzance / Lamorna area

Meadowside cottage is situated on a working farm above the beautiful, lush valley of Lamorna which is steeped in history and renowned for its artists and it is a mere twenty minutes stroll to the cove.

Ideally located near Lands End, exploring the West Country couldn't be more appealing being close to the famous Minack Theatre, Penzance and St. Ives. There are many sandy beaches nearby and wonderful walks on coastal footpaths.

Shops are two and a half miles away and for a local ale why not take a half mile stroll to the villiage pub!

Take the A30 to Penzance. Then take the sea-front road to Newlyn (B3315) and go straight up the steep hill in front of you. Stay on that road for about 4.5 miles.

Don't take the road to Lamorna Cove but carry on up the hill. At the top take the sharp left turn towards 'Menwinnion Country House for the elderly' and we are the second lane on the right.

There's a sign saying Borah Farm at the entrance. Drive in the lane past the shed and to the right. Bew cottage is on the right.
