Nestled within a terrace of charming seafront cottages & tastefully furnished, it has a real ‘Wow’ factor.

Situated on the promenade and just a stone’s throw from the sea, it is the perfect location for families or those wishing to holiday with friends.

The apartment is set over two floors with outstanding panoramic views from both the top floor open plan living area that leads on to a superb spacious balcony enjoying all day sun and from the spacious master bedroom complete with free standing roll top bath positioned in such a way as to take full advantage of the views whilst maintaining privacy.

Please note: It is possible to rent Captains Lookout and Captains Deck together sleeping a maximum of 8 people. Please contact for details

Penzance

The most Westerly market town in mainland UK, Penzance has much to offer. A comprehensive shopping centre with a diverse range of galleries, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Penzance is now on a par with St Ives for it's arts culture, with many art galleries and the recent addition to the town of 'The Exchange' gallery. As a very large number of renowned artists live and work - indeed gain their inspiration - in Penwith, it is certainly making Penzance a sought after holiday destination.

Steeped in delightful architectural buildings with all the history to go with it and enjoying one of the longest promenades in England, Penzance is fast becoming known for its individuality, magical scenery and generally mild weather - although it is a pretty spectacular experience to watch the occasional storm!

"Everything the booking information said it would be and more!"

The view was wonderful especially from the balcony. The location excellent with easy access to town and other areas. Secure car parking was an added bonus The property was easily accessible but would have liked a handrail on the upper stairs. Premises very clean and tidy although the bed and sofa rather low and not over comfortable. The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise. Lots of places to visit locally or within easy travelling distance and many restaurants or take aways within easy walking distance to choose from. All in all a superb holiday.

"Bliss"

My mum and I stayed a this place and it was lovely. The balcony makes a real difference as you can sit there and look out to sea in all weathers, we had good weather so were able to sit and watch the sun go down (and indeed rise). It is very close to Penzance station within walking distance so you just get on the train at Paddington and after a few hours step off at the sea and 15 mins walk away from your lovely flat. The decor here is a real wow, bath in main bedroom an excellent idea as you can have a holiday lie in and nice warm bath all in same room. This place has to be experienced, give it a try you wont be disappointed. It has a real feel of "pampering" about it and not to be missed.
