The first floor kitchen again enjoys sea views, and doors from the dining area lead out onto the terrace to really soak up the atmosphere. Visit St Michael’s Mount, or try your hand at surfing on the nearby beaches, or simply stroll the coastal paths. A lovely holiday property in a great holiday location.

The Penzance / Newlyn area
Newlyn in Cornwall is a fishing port whose buildings cluster around the harbour, and two quays full of boats. There are amenities in the village including a shop and a pub, and the beauty of Cornwall is evident all around this area. The coastal path runs nearby and walkers will enjoy spotting the flora and fauna on land, and perhaps even glimpsing basking sharks and grey seals in the waters. Head to the beaches for excellent surfing, or participate in the many water sports which are on offer in this lovely holiday destination.

,Lovely cottage with amazing views. We loved Newlyn - nice and quiet and unspoiled by tourism. Especially loved the largely off-road bicycle route to Mousehole and St Michael's Mount. Sykes were really helpful and will definitely use them again!

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
