Three bedroom comfortable accommodation with log burner for added winter. warmth. Tastefully decorated,within walking distance to local amenities, pubs, shop, swimming pool, fishing and walking. Easy access to M6/A66 and a local train station.

The Coach house is situated in a superb rural position just outside Lazonby village. Immaculately presented with tasteful décor, the sitting /dining room has arched French windows overlooking the patio and courtyard, a pretty cottage kitchen and two double and one twin bedroom. Bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.

Good quality bed linen and large fluffy towels make the stay even better .

The patio has seating and a chiminea for those late summer evenings .This is a delightfull place to sit and quite a sun trap.

Log burning stove as well as central heating makes this lovely property suitable for any season,and any occasion, romantic weekend or cosy family evening.
Bed linen and towels included , plus enough logs for evenings.
cleaning charge of £30.00 , this enables us to give all visitors the same standard of cleanliness and provide basic supplies for your arrival

DEPOSIT OF 25% EIGHT WEEKS PRIOR TO OCCUPATION,,AND BALANCE THREE WEEKS BEFORE VISIT.
OR FULL PAYMENT BY CHEQUE AND KEYS WILL BE POSTED WITH INSTRUCTIONS .
We can sometimes manage last minute bookings , payment on arrival.

The Cumbria/Lake District region

A beautiful area in its own right, with many lovely river walks and views of the northern Pennines, as well as being half an hours drive from Keswick, the heart of the Northern lakes.The lake district national park is the largest in the Uk and the most magnificent. There is an amazing variety of attractions for families and people of all ages and interests.You can always head East and you have Hadrians Wall to the North, or amazing scenery throuh the fells to Hawes , which is a quaint little town .

The Penrith / Lazonby area

Lazonby has many facilities for a village, including two pubs which serve tasty food, a co-op grocery, toy shop, swimming pool, local rail link and fishing available in the River Eden. There are many outstanding local pubs nearby and the local market town of Penrith offers many more facilities.There is also a heated open air swimming pool for summer months with Cafe.
Good Salmon and Trout fishing available on Parish stretch in season

Very easily accessible from M6 Junction 41 and A66 trunk road.
Leave the M6 at Junction 41 , Turn right at first roundabout then left on the A6 heading for Carlisle .
In the village of Plumpton turn right for Lazonby.
in Lazonby pass the Co op on your right , go under railway bridge and take the next left . Past the Auction centre and up the hill . Lazonby Hall is the first property on the left . Enter the grounds and the Coach house is in the courtyard round the back of the hall. The Coach House has a black door and is easily recognisable by the lovely windows.
There is parking outside but we do ask that visitors are considerate to the neighbours , and if you do not need the car it can be parked in spaces up the bank.
