Lovely modern apartment furnished ,equipped and prepared to a very high standard .
In a prime location directly overlooking the Sea, swimming pools and the Serra d.Irta Natural park.
South facing private terrace for dining,relaxing and huge shared roof solarium with panoramic views .
Full air-con / heating, Free Wifi ,Sky Tv , Dvd, under cover private garage.

The apartments are set in well maintained gardens with 2 swimming pools, seperate child pools, play area, restaurant and pool bar ....The restaurant is open all year and always entertainment and themed party evenings in the Summer months

Luxury third floor apartment decorated and furnished to a high standard.and equipped with quality towels,bedding and electrics.
Two bedrooms,1 with a king size bed and one with twin beds-.A spare bed or cot is available if needed.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full size bath,bidet,w,c .over-shower and vanity unit.
The lounge diner is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped and has the best sea views while washing -up!
The lounge patio doors lead to the verandah that overlooks the pool and sea to sit and relax in the heat of the day or unwind with a glass of wine before dining.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region

The "Orange blossom coast " is a beautiful region that appeals to the more discerning traveller looking for the real Spain.

The constant mild climate ,scenery,beaches,history and culture make this an ideal all year destination and the location midway between Barcelona and Valencia make Peniscola an ideal base for discovering this region.

The Peniscola area

The apartment is in a sought after area on the south side of Peniscola leading to the stunning Serra D.itra
Natural park .
The scenery is breathtaking and the location ideal as it is a tranquil area but only 1.4 kms to lovely Peniscola town.
In the town centre there are facilities to rent bicycles, quads,motorbikes , car hire .

" Car is not neccessary " (Easter then June -end of September) when there is an hourly bus service
All other times a car is recommended

There is a promenade along the seafront with cycle/ walkway ,bars ,restaurants,traditional tapas bars.
The south and North beaches offer watersports, children's activities,parasols,sunloungers as well as scenic boat trips.
Peniscola has a working fishing harbour and you can hire a boat or buy fish fresh off the boat when they return each afternoon
The old part of Peniscola is known as the " city in the sea "steeped in history ,fabulous viewing points,cobbled pedestrian only streets and lined with bars and restaurants,lots of music and unique shops to explore by day or night.
The shingle nearby coves 10 mins. walk are great for fishing,sunbathing ,snorkelling and the Serra d,irta has a spectacular coastline popular for walkers and cyclists or swimming in the crystal clear sea .
Landrover 4x4 trip of serra d.irta...well recommended !
The tourist board information is located in the centre of Peniscola and the helpful staff who also speak English will give you additional guidance to ensure you enjoy your stay
Numerous fiestas and celebrations January to December so always a good reason to visit and join in .

The main airports are Reus or Valencia .The new Castellon airport is due to open 2011 will only be 25 mins .Barcelona airport is 2 hours ,Girona 4hrs
They are served by all the major and budget airlines e.g Easyjet, Bmi, Ryanair, Thomsonfly,Monarch etc from all U.K.

Airport / train /bus /ferry transfer service can be arranged for you offering a luxury 7 seater vehicle.and a door to door service

Car hire is available from the airports or booked in advance e.g Economycarhire, Hertz, Europecar. etc.. or can be hired from Peniscola

There is an excellent bus and train service from the airports to Benicarlo and then a 10 minute taxi ride to the apartment.

“Perfect summer holiday for a family with children” We had a perfect holiday! clean apartment, beautiful view, nice with the air-con and the restaurant and bar near by. The two pool also great for smaller kids. Peniscola is a great place to visit, and the apartment is a bit outside town, so there is absolutely quiet. The host are very kind and helpful. The modern appartment where we stayed in Nerea was absolutely beautiful ! We were overlooking the pool which always rather (we always had a place). Everything in the appartement was fine, the people we hired where very helpful, gave lots of info etc. There is a large terrace with stunning views !
The appartement isn't far of the beautiful town and (beach) Peniscola where a lot of shops are.
Food and drinks are cheap in and around the city.
We have had a wonderfull vacation !
TIP : if you go there, be shore to visite the beautifull lake and dam 'La Tinença benifassa' near Vinaros. (swimming, pedal boat, enjoy...)

The apartment in Peniscola was lovely and the balcony allowed all day sunbathing with great views of the sea and mountains. The Old Town in Peniscola was lively in the evenings and great value meals and wine could be had. Definitely worth a visit.

Spent 2 beautiful weeks here in Peniscola. Weather fab! Plenty of things to see and do.
Some great restaurants especially around the Castle area.
Loved the beaches and the locals are very friendly.
Kids loved the waterpark at Aquarama.

Lovely apartment .lots of beautiful paths to discover around the surroundings.Peniscola and its beaches are the best and the swimming pools are great for the children
