The 5th/6th. person has the choice of 2 large double sofa beds in the lounge or a third single bed

Peniscola Old town "The City in the Sea " is one of the most photographed in Spain due to the stunning Castle & fortress set amongst the whitewash houses ,impressive churches, cobbled streets and fishIng harbour
. The Serra D.irta Natural park is an unspoilt paradise for beach lovers or nature ramblers and can be explored
on foot,bike or car along the " road......sometimes track ".The coves and beaches are dotted along the way and the stunning unspoilt sandy bays ,see photos are about 3 km.into the the Natural park .....................well worth the trip there !
The Peniscola / Monte Pichells area
Monte pichells is a sought after area on the south side of Peniscola leading to the stunning Serra d'itra
Natural park .
The scenery is breathtaking and the location ideal as it is a tranquil area but only 1.2kms to lovely Peniscola .
In the town centre there are facilities to rent bicycles, quads,motorbikes , car hire and
an hourly bus service
(Easter then June -September) " when a car is not necessary "
There is a promenade along the seafront with cycle/ walkway ,bars ,restaurants,traditional tapas bars.
The south and North beaches offer watersports, children's activities,parasols,sunloungers as well as scenic boat trips.
Wifi connection is widely availble at many bars ,free of charge and there also internet cafes in the main town.
Peniscola has a working fishing harbour and you can hire a boat or buy fish fresh off the boat when they return each afternoon
The old part of Peniscola is known as the " City in the sea "steeped in history ,fabulous viewing points,cobbled pedestrian only streets and lined with bars and restaurants,lots of music and unique shops to explore by day or night.
The sandy/shingle nearby coves are less than a 10 mins. walk are great for fishing,sunbathing or snorkelling and the Serra d,irta has a spectacular coastline popular for walkers and cyclists or swimming in the crystal clear sea .
The nearest restaurant , bar is less than a 10mins. walk away .it is a excellently reviewed Brasseria.
The tourist board information is located in the centre of Peniscola and the helpful staff will give you additional guidance to ensure you enjoy your stay
Numerous fiestas and celebrations January to December so always a good reason to visit and join in .

We had a short (1 week) but very good vacation in Peniscola,thanks to David and Amanda,their hospitality and friendliness.We felt the warm welcome in their beautiful,clean,comportable (very) and nice house. It's a pity we had to go back in Belgium,with a very bad weather (windy,cold,rainy) while in Peniscola,the sun shines the whole day,so lovely! To Amanda and David,we're looking forward to go back soon. Thank you for everything and SEE YOU SOON..... P.S. Thanks for remembering my daughter's birthday. We loved both the town of Peniscola and the villa for their special aura of lightness and warmth. It was our first experience staying at villas and not in hotels, and it was real great. Everything was in line with or above our expectations. We stayed at another villa in Spain during the same trip, and it was far less lovely than Amanda and David's. A little Gem in Peniscola
It was an absolute joy to have stayed at this immaculately presented and well maintained villa which is set in a select residential area of Peniscola.It is truly a 'little gem' with all the high quality standard and comfort of a deluxe property.
It is close to the coastal path with many picturesque coves and yet only a few minutes drive into the centre of the Town.The 'Old Town'is full of mysterious charm and intrigue with its narrow cobbled streets,tavernas and local craft shops.The area has retained much of its Spanish culture and tradition.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending this villa and we have every intention of returning in the near future.

We all had a wonderful time in Peniscola The owners Amanda and David put us at ease straight away. The Weather and suroundings beautiful and we will certainly come back. The house is very well equipped and never cold !!

We have enjoyed our Stay at the villa very much. It,s our childrens first trip abroad and they have loved the experience. Personally I have loved waking up and having breakfast on the terrace listening to the sound of the Sea
The coastal walk is amazing and the Old town a must to experience..... We dined at Casablanca there and recommend their Tapas and Paella .
We also enjoyed El campo restaurant just up the road from the villa and the little beach on the way there is great and the North beach in town.
Thank you Amanda and David for a Perfect holiday.
We will be coming back again and recommending you both.

A Very relaxing and happy holiday. We had a very enjoyable time here in this villa.
Very quiet area around villa and yet just down the road to the town of Peniscola we had everything we wanted from a resort.
We also found the people of Peniscola very warm and welcoming. But above all very honest. On one of the nights that we were in Peniscola, as we were walking into a bar, money fell out of my husbands pocket.
He did not notice that he had lost money. A teenage boy tapped my husband on the shoulder and gave him the money back. We were delighted with this.
The villa itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the owners were wonderful.
There were there to welcome us and give us all the information about Peniscola. They were also there at the end of the telephone when we needed help.
We will deftenely be going back there again. We had a wonderful time

It was the third year in the row we spent our holidays in this lovely town Peniscola. We always love being here. This year we spent our 2 weeks in this beautiful house. All the rooms are very nicely equipped and we liked the private atmosphere,our pool and the big terrace. Thank you for your friendly help and information of what to do and see in the area.
The trip to the serra d.irta in the 4x4 and our morning on the go-karts very exciting We have had a lot of fun and hope to come back again.
