There is a private garage plus a car park bay for your use.

A large roof solarium is perfect for private sunbathing and watching the boats come into harbour.
The lounge- diner leads to a covered front terrace that overlooks the pool.
The back garden is great for the sunloungers has a Bbq , terrace, and countryside views.

The Peniscola / Monte Pichells area

Monte pichells is a sought after area on the south side of Peniscola leading to the stunning Serra D.itra
.A" car is not necessary"Easter fortnight then June to end September as there is an hourly bus service .

Peniscola is an attractive tourist town known as "City in the Sea"
The Castle that sits at the pinnacle was originally built between 1294 and 1307 . The Pope, Benedict XIII made it his home from 1405. In 1960 the film ‘El Cid’ was filmed here.

Peniscola has sumptuous beaches, the finest of which is the north beach, which is around 6 kilometres long. The calm waters are perfect for swimming , sunbathing , leisure activities such as volleyball, sailing and canoeing as well as being wheelchair friendly.

It is fully serviced by lifeguards and continually wins blue flag status .It is backed by a palm tree lined promenade. The southern coastline is more sand/ rocky and dotted with pretty unspoilt beaches and isolated coves.

There are plenty of things to see and do. The Old town is a visitors delight:... antique shops, artist studios , pottery stores ,quaint bars all line the streets

It is also a must to visit the Castle or just take in the atmosphere and stunning views. There are many restaurants,bars and in the Summer months all around Peniscola.

Week day afternoons when the fishing boats return you can buy fish off the boat or take a one of the scenic boat trips on offer.

Numerous fiestas and celebrations January to December so always a good reason to visit and join in .
Peniscola is a real treat for both historians and sun worshippers .All are sure to want to return !

We have had a great 3 week holiday .
The weather was great but maybe to hot at times !
The children did not want to move from the pool but loved the North beach by day and night.
We loved the Old town and the stunning beaches and scenery of the serra dirta.
Had a day trip to lovely Morella,Barcelona and a weekend in Valencia.
Definitely recommend you to family and friends

The villa is great and the best location for us to lie by the pool in peace and quiet and for our Teeenagers to walk into town!

A RELAXING TIME JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. CHILDREN LOVED IT AND WE COULD EASILY OF STAYED AROUND THE POOL ALL DAY .
PENISCOLA IS DELIGHTFUL, LOVELY BEACHES ON THE SOUTH SIDE - SIERRA DIRTA-VERY QUIET AND UNSPOILT ,MORRELLA
IS A MUST TO VISIT. ALL IN ALL A GREAT TIME ,SORRY TO LEAVE.
