Peñíscola has a privileged position on the Mediterranean. This historical town runs parallel to the coast where the impressive 14th century castle of Pope Pedro Luna (Benedict XIII) and is perched 64 metres above the sea. This provides the focal point of the ancient medieval city making it an impressive site for miles around.
As well as offering historical sites Peñíscola also provides a long and beautiful ‘blue-flag’ sandy beach (5km long). With its gentle sloping beach is an ideal place for families with children. The beach has lifeguards, disabled access and leisure activities, such as, beach volleyball, children’s games, sun loungers, canoes and pedal-boats to hire.
The wide promenade in Peñíscola is planted with palm trees and runs along the main beach all the way to next town of Benicarló. Along the promenade there are cafeterias, restaurants, newsagents and shops specialising in sun products and accessories for beach holidays. There is also a cycle path which provides a very pleasant ride along the coast.
To the south of Peñíscola there is another Sandy Beach over-looking the Harbour. For those preferring quieter beaches, there are several coved beaches to enjoy along the coast some being situated in the National Park of Sierra de Irta. (Located just a few km south of Peñíscola town centre).

You will be met on your arrival to Peniscola and taken to your apartment and shown the facilities as well as given the keys etc.
You will also be met on your departure to return keys, deposit, etc.
Arrivals after 23:00 or departures before 8:30 will be charged an additional 15 Eur per hour or any part of.
Standard changeover days and times are Saturdays. Departure by 10:30 am, arrival after 3:00 pm, however, we are happy to negotiate changeover days and times depending on your requested period of stay and availability.
Extra bed linen and towels will be supplied free of charge, after a week, for those staying more than 10 days.
Cleaning of the apartment after departure is included in the rental price. If you require services, such as, additional cleaning and changing of beds then a fee can be agreed on request.
HOW TO PAY:
A non refundable deposit of £150 or 150 Euros is payable to reserve the Holiday Apartment. The dates of your holiday will then be featured on our Online Calendar for you to view and an Information Pack will be sent which includes details of your Holiday Apartment, Surrounding Area, Travel Directions and Contact Details.
The remaining balance is required in full to secure the booking 8 weeks in advance of booked holiday unless agreed otherwise.
A supplement of 25 Eur for each extra person, if more than 4 people stay.
