Surrounding the apartment complex is the natural park of the "Sierra de Irta", one of the most unspoilt nature reserves in the area loved by walkers and cyclists for its undulating tracks and spectacular landscapes. The ground floor apartment benefits from a shared pool 15m from terrace, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
To the south of Costa Daurada, lies the Costa del Azahar or the orange blossom -coast. It is an extraordinary region forming a wide shoreline up to the Gulf of Valencia. Costa del Azahar boasts the longest and flattest coastline in the whole of Spain. It is very Spanish orientated, so not so many foreigners as in the other Costas. It is a good area for walking. The beaches along this coast are among the best in the country and the waters are clear and warm. The interior landscape is awesome and offers all manner of outdoor activities.
Costa Azahar - The "Orange-Blossom-Coast", in the north of Valencia, not only offers great beaches but as well beautiful towns as Peñiscola with its great medieval castle or Oropesa, which conserves the 16th century Tower of the King, erected as a defense against pirates. A true pearl is the enchanting Morella with its narrow lanes, enclosed by 14th century walls. Monuments and places of interest include The Concatedral Cathedral, Fadri and the Observatory (Castellón), Museum of Contemporary Art (Vilafames), Papa Luna castle (Peníscola), Benicassim villa, the King tower and Oropesa castle, the castle and walls of Morella, the Orange Museum (Burriana), the Roman arch (Cabanes) and the Ceramics Museum (Alcora)
Peniscola / Tierra de Irta area
The castle of Papa Luna is a real must see as it is second only to the Alhambra as a popular tourist attraction. As well as the history behind this fortress, the views from the turrets are spectacular. The town and harbour areas near to the castle have been tastefully developed and provide shops, restaurants and the pleasant park area where the local weekly market is held on Mondays. There is plenty to do for all ages and the local fair, amusements and the Go Cart stadium are particular attractions for younger visitors. There is also Port Aventura, situated near Reus airport and Aquarama at Benicassim, 50 minutes away. If you are looking for something that everyone can enjoy, why not head down to the beach in Peniscola. As well as beach volleyball and children's games, there is also the opportunity to get involved in water sports such as sailing or passing the time in canoes and pedal-boats. There are sun loungers and sunshades for rent and with its calm waters, this beach is also an ideal place for relaxed sunbathing.

A non-refundable fee of £100 is payable upon booking. The remaining balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
A refundable breakages/key deposit of £125 is also payable with final balance payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of leaving the apartment (subject to satisfactory property inspection)
