About the home

Villa Anna is located 5mins drive from the beach and centre of Benicarlo town. Quiet and peaceful yet less than 10mins from the lively resorts of Peniscola and Vinaros. The villa has easy access to all amenities including restaurants, bars, marina, shopping, cinemas, ten pin bowling and outdoor markets. Panoramica 18 hole Golf is a short drive away.

First floor comprises 2 bedrooms, lounge and study area. The first double bedroom has its own fully equipped en-suite, and separate large dressing room. The second double bedroom has its own fully equipped en-suite.
First floor lounge area has TV/DVD/Video/CD plus wide selection of complimentary films/DVDs and large selection of books. Also on the first floor is study area with free internet connection.

The Ground floor comprises double bedroom with en-suite plus adjoining bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for family. Ground floor lounge area has Sky TV/DVD/Video/CD. There is a private drinks bar available to guests. Ground floor kitchen is fully equipped as is the summer kitchen with al fresco dining, bbq etc near the pool. Gardens and Pool are automatically floodlit when evening falls.

Costa del Azahar is known as the orange blossom coast. This beautiful area of spain boasts spring/summer temperatures of 28-34deg. It has fabulous wide blue-flag beaches and a wide promenade with cycling lane that stretch 7 miles linking the resorts of Vinaros, Benicarlo and Peniscola. Peniscola has its own medieval Castle (used for the making of the film "El Cid") which stands magnificently on the beach; it is the 2nd most visited place in Spain and is the first-choice holiday resort for the Spanish people. Within easy reach to many other coastal towns and inland spanish villages.

“Absolutly brilliant” The owners Annie and Steve were very welcoming, the villa was superb , location very good , great pool ,and all the facilaties to make a great holiday , only felt the need to leave the villa a few times great times had by all seven of us

It's all fantastic here; it's quiet yet 5 mins from everything - shopping, beach etc, the pool was great and the garden perfect for playing badminton.
