About the home
Sea view is in the national park over looking not only the coast but the mountains behind, it is a two minute to a small beach and coastal walks. Also a fantasic spot for hill walking or mountain biking. It is close to the Walled town of Peniscola a 15 minute walk or take the local bus (every half hour) where you can find excellent Spanish Restaurants and bars serving the local fish. There is a weekly market and fresh fish available to buy in the port every day.
Sea view offers fantastic accommodation and facilities with a large terrace over looking the sea and mountains,so you can dine out ,sun bathe or BBQ with complete privacy. it also has 3 spacious bedrooms with a small balcony, again with sea views. a private pool with a large children's area and bar over looks a small beach.

Very private large terrace leading off from spacious lounge area. Private terrace from bedrooms with sea views. BBQ area provided with seating. Oiled filled radiators amd electric fire available for cool evenings, cold air fans in every bedroom. Sea View is on two floors with lounge, dining and kitchen areas upstairs leading onto the large terrace. Three bedrooms down stairs with two bathrooms leading on to private terrace.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Costa del Azahar region
Peniscola is a 12th century walled town on the coast with many kilometres of fantastic flat safe beaches or walking North and South. It is located in the national park with numerous out door activities i.e. mountain biking, horse riding, paint balling off road bikes, quads and cars. There are a variety water sports or push bikes to hire.
The old town boast many restaurants and bars suitable for family or romantic dining. Small local shops and art galleries can be found in the winding passage ways.
Along the new part of town are also many restaurants, bars and shops or try dancing at Papaluna with the out side bands in the evening.
The Peniscola / Residencial Edison area
Peniscola old town is full of places to see a castle to explore and cafes to relax. The extensive beaches 7kilometers have many water sports or sun bed areas to sun bathe and swim.
There is a golf course 20 minutes away, and lots of boat trips from the old working fishing port.
There are many festivals through out the year and a modern approach to the various music events in the new part of town.
Eddison is a small development with electric gates and a safe swimming pool, suitable for families or couples. it has plenty of parking and playing areas with a caretaker on site at all times.

Most budget airlines i.e. easy jet ,ryan air, jet 2 and monarch all fly to airports close by. With in 60 to 90 minutes you can drive from Valencia, Barcelona or Reus Airports all with access to hire car or bus. At each airport car hire is easily available, pre booking before you arrive is cheaper, we have found europ car always very helpful.
