The villa is only 5 minutes by car from the championship golf course of Penina, 15-20 minutes by car from the market town of Lagos and Portimão with a large variety of cafes restaurants, bars and the beaches at Alvor and Praia da Rocha. The perfect family country retreat.
The entry hall on the ground floor leads to 2 bedrooms each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. There is a third smaller bedroom next to the kitchen with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The spacious lounge containing a log burning fire and digital TV, video and CD player is open plan to the dining room where there is ample space for all your party to eat round the large table, which is also a full sized pool table when the top is removed. Running outside the length of the lounge and dining room combined, is a terrace with views over the swimming pool, down a few stairs is the covered BBQ area where you can enjoy some al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, hob and double oven, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar. A spiral staircase from the hall leads to the magnificent master bedroom with king size bed overlooking fantastic country views from its windows and it own private balcony the master bedroom also offers a walk - in dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
On the lower ground floor at pool level, there is a self-contained apartment. This consists of one bedroom with double bed, a living room with digital TV and CD player and a kitchenette. (The apartment is available when booking for ten people.)

Penina / Monte Judeu area
Portimao, Praia da Rocha and Alvor are all within a 7-10 kilometer drive.
The centre of the historic town of Lagos with its Marina, cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets is about a 15 minute drive away.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also about a 20 drive, with a variety of water sports activities available.
Palmares and Boa Vista Golf Courses are a 20 to 25 minute drive away.
For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Sunday arrival £40.00 per week An extra £250.00 deposit will be collected on arrival for use of the pool table if desired. Winter rates available on request.
