About the home

The apartment is situated in Sao Bernardino and only a 5 mins walk from a beautiful sandy bay. A five minute drive brings you to the centre of Peniche and the world famous surf spot, Supertubos. There are numerous other breathtaking beaches and excellent places for watersports within a short drive.
The accommodation offers 180 degree panoramic sea views from the large terrocotta tiled roof terrace.

The contemporary apartment is furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, brand new bathroom with luxury fittings, flat screen TV, DVD, I-pod docking station and wireless broadband connection. The black granite breakfast bar compliments the modern surroundings.

Other amenities include a swimming pool, numerous sunloungers and real wood outside dining furniture near each of the complex's three BBQ areas (one on the roof terrace, one in the courtyard and one near the pool. The central courtyard with its mature garden is a very pleasant place to escape the midday sun and relax with a good book. Our site is surrounded by a secure perimeter wall and gates making it extremely private and safe for families with children.

Our swimming pool is shared between three apartments only. Please be aware it is not cordoned off from the rest of the property therefore parents are asked to be responsible for watching over young ones.

Cots, high chairs and car seat are available on request - free of charge.

We also provide surf lessons and equipment hire at excellent rates, as well as arranging discounted golf for our guests.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region

Local beach Sao Bernardino is a 10 minute walk away. The Peniche area is well renowned for its surf with over 20 breaks on a 15 mile stretch of beach there is someting to suit all levels of surfers. Consolaceo beach is 2 km drive from our apartments. Supertubos & Baleal where you can find great waves are just a 10 minute drive away.

The apartment is located 15 minutes by car from Praia d'el Rey Golf and beach resort, which won European golf resort of the year in 2007. Botado golf course which is built near the dunes of Consolaceo is 2km away.

The Peniche / Sao Bernardino area

The Berlenga islands off the coast of Peniche are a beautiful nature reserve offering crystal clear waters and fantastic sea and bird life. Historic Obidos, the medieval town has a castle and city walls is a pleasant 20 minute drive inland. There are classical outdoor concerts held in Obidos throughout the year.
