The town of Peniche is within a short driving distance boasting many shops, a fishing harbour and boat trips to the Berlenga Islands. Caldas da Rainha is a historic market village which is also within a short driving distance. There are numerous nearby Golf Courses and plenty of beaches to choose from. Look out for the wind turbines and working wind mills! The surrounding tourists points are: Berlengas, Bom Sucesso, Caldas de Rainha, Foz Do Arelho, Obidos, Peniche, Ericeira, Lourinha and Mafra.

In the event of the property not being available due to natural occurrence, fire or flood a full refund of the money paid for the rental will be given. No refund will given due to strikes, delayed flights and factors outside our control.
