Old Villa, build around the year 1850, has been kept as much as possible according to the original. Is located just over the beach, with a wonderful view. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace, where you may appreciate the view over the large beach Baleal.

The villa benefits from a high walled back garden (connecting with the kitchen), with around 80 m2, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to take your meals, make a barbecue, or relax.With five double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom, the villa is ideal for families or for a group of friends.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast region

Peniche / Baleal area

Welcome in "Ilha do Baleal" … " Ilha" means island… However, it is since 1980 not an island anymore, because a road has been built… Now it is a beautiful and romantic place, which offers the best conditions for vacation.
Both, in Summer as also in Winter time, you will find here outstanding possibilities for young and older, so that nobody will be boring.

All the coast around Peniche is full of wonderful strands, which Baleal is the most beautiful one.
From Baleal, walking allong the beach, you reach Peniche in 20 minutes.
We recomend you to visit Berlenga island, 12 km west from the coast, and enjoy this natural island, where you will have the experience to stay in a place with no cars.

You may try a diving batism (The batism is for peolple who have never tried to dive before, so this will be the first experience) or take a trip by boat to dive in the several possibilities allong the coast - there are several diving companies, which will take you to various places and also rent equipment.

Several surf schools are also available, where you may have a course, depending on your level, or just rent the surfing board or the surfing suit.

Two diferent Golf resorts are available 10/20 min driving, where you may play or take some lessons.

How to get there

Fly to Lisbon - Half island Baleal is just 50 minutes driving

By car, take the highway A8 to Leiria, on exit 14 turn into IP6 to Peniche. Turn to Baleal on the end of IP6.
