Our house has a roof terrace, 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (1 on suite) with a communal swimming pool and a small play area for children. The local beach is just 8 minutes walk away & serves food & refreshments. Just 10 minutes drive from the medieval town of Obidos and Peniche.

Ground floor : As you enter our house through the front door you enter the living room which has a three seater sofa and 2 single arm chairs, a wall mounted 32 inch tv with free view tv and dvd player as you pass through towards the kitchen on the same floor leads to a bathroom which has been tastefully tiled as a wet room,as you enter the kitchen you can see the furnishings are of a high standard with granite work tops and stainless steel fixtures and fittings. the kitchen leads to a tiled terrace which has terrace furniture and a Bar area and BBQ
1st floor : There are 3 rooms on this floor the main bedroom with a kingsize bed with a orthopedic mattress bedside cabinets and lamps and lots of wardrobe space there is also a balcony with a small table and two chairs so you can enjoy the early morning sun, The family bathroom is spacious and tastefully tiled and furnished with a bath with over bath shower.The second bedroom incorperates two single beds a bedside cabinet and lamp and a small balcony there is also lots of wardrobe space in this room.
Second floor : A lovely staircase takes you to the top floor where there is a kingsize bed also fitted with a orthapedic mattress, bedside cabinets and lamps a small amount of shelving space and a on suite bathroom with shower and toilet, also this has a roof terrace also with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy lots of sunshine on what ever terrace you choose to enjoy the sun.

The communal areas are part tiled and grassed and the gardens are nicely maintained , Their is a small pool area for the children to paddle and play there is also a small play area for the children which has a astroturf surface.

Long term winter lets are available at reduced rates please ask if you would like any of these.

Conditions
30% deposit required at time of booking. Remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday. If booking is made with less than 4 weeks to holiday, amount must be paid in full. A £100.00 returnable deposit will be taken this will be refunded in full after your stay subject to there being no damage to the house or contents.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region
Something for everyone in this beautiful area. The world famous surfing beach of Supertubos is 10minutes drive away and you can pretty much take your pick of beaches their is lots of them and most of them are guarded too this gives you peace of mind because the surfe can get quite BIG.
There are numerous golf courses, with the championship course of Praia D'el Rey & Bom Sucesso nearby and a 9 hole course nearer still.
Restaurants in the area are plentiful and relatively inexpensive, All the fish in the resterants are caught localy and are fresh, the wine is also made in the local reigons and is very good at very good prices.
The Peniche / Sao Bernardino area
The fantastic medievel town of Obidos is 10 minutes drive away and nearby Lourhina has a dinosaur museum and a Go-Kart track still only 10 minutes drive.
The waterpark in Peniche is good family fun, very clean and a couple of steep slides too.
The Berlengas Islands are a short boat trip away,this is a great day out for all the family, you need to book your trip in advance at the cost of 15 euros per adult approx. (you might even see some dolphins).

Lisbon
Lisbon Airport is recommended as it is an easy drive along the A8 taking between 50 mins to 1 hour depending on traffic.
If you don't want to hire a car then you can take a taxi from Lisbon airport to Lisbon bus station (15 Euros) and there is a direct regular coach service from there taking just over an hour (9 Euros each way).
Alternatively you can fly to Oporto (2.5 hour drive) or Faro (3.5 hour drive).

For Lisbon, you can take the 10.23am Eurostar from London to Paris and the 15.50 TGV service to Irún on the Spanish border, which connects with the 22.00 overnight Sud Express to Lisbon, which arrives at 11.03am the following day.
