The villa is situated on 3 floors, with the kitchen, bathroom and lounge/dining room on the ground floor. Basement room lower floor and bedrooms on first floor .Large spacious living room with leather suite Cable TV DVD Hi-Fi. Dining table seating 6, large glass sliding doors leading onto balcony with pool and sea views.
Modern fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer washing machine, dishwasher, double toaster, wine rack and microwave.
Huge basement room with sofa bed TV Playstation and table football.
Bedroom 1. King size bed, TV, double wardrobe,chest of drawers, bedside tables and balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 2. Double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables, balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 3. Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside tables, and balcony .
Fresh linen and towels supplied and weekly cleaning.
En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, shower bidet, WC and basin.

Conditions
To book please check availability either by email or telephone. A deposit of 25% of the booking is required at time of booking. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. A damage deposit of 250 euros will be payable with the final payment - this will be refunded after your departure from the property, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Our changeover day is normally Saturday after 4pm. However, this may be flexible. Departure by 10am on final day of your stay.
The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region
The charming coastal village of Atalaia only a 45 minute drive from Lisbon airport. Nearby, is the beautiful historical towns of Obidos and Caldas da Rainha and Peniche, a fishing village famous for its surfing and superb seafood restaurants.
Summers are dry and clear, with warm sunshine extending long into autumn. Portugal’s weather ensures that its beaches and coastal resorts are packed throughout the hot summer months. Winter weather in Portugal remains mild (average temperature 11 degrees centigrade)
The Peniche area
Lourinha a quaint market town is only 5 mins drive where you can find supermarkets, banks, restaurants and coffee shops. There are many activities available nearby including water-sports, horse riding and go-karting to mention a few. Praia D'el Rey beach and golf resort (18 hole championship) 25 minute drive. Atlantico (9 hole) less than 10 mins drive. Championship courses of Lisbon all within an hours drive.

Stayed at this villa in may 2012 , the villa is excellent with great sea views and a quiet location it has all the mod cons and is very very well equiped (even has british TV channels), cannot fault... more Response: Thank you so much for the lovely comments.
