About the home
Our spacious house is situated in a quiet, friendly village and just a short stroll to the beach. The village has a small selection of bars and a restaurant. Consisting of just 20 houses, the complex boasts a swimming pool, lovely gardens and a small play area for young children. Ideal touring base from which to visit the fabulous beaches and sights of the Silver Coast.
The house has 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It comes fully equipped and furnished and has the benefit of full central heating making it ideal for that Autumn or Winter break! The basement has a games room complete with table tennis table with bats and balls provided ,darts board,3 hole indoor putting green(putter and balls provided) and a childs 10 pin bowling game.

Conditions
30% deposit required at time of booking. Remainder to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday. If booking is made with less than 4 weeks to holiday, amount must be paid in full. A £100.00 returnable deposit will be taken this will be refunded in full after your stay subject to there being no damage to the house or contents.
Smoking not allowed in the house, please smoke outside.
The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region
A wonderful and interesting area, well known for its famous surfing and watersport beaches, but also ideal for golfers, boasting several interesting and challenging courses.
It's possible to visit many interesting sites from here, including Sintra, Cascais and the capitol Lisbon. Nearer still is the famous Obidos and it's nearby lagoon.
The Peniche / Sao Bernardino area
Something for everyone in this beautiful area. The world famous surfing beach of Supertubos is 5 minutes away and Ericea is 35 mins south.
There are numerous golf courses, with the championship course of Praia D'el Rey nearby and two 9 hole courses are nearer still.
The Unesco World Heritage site of Obidos is 10 minutes drive away and nearby Lourhina has a dinosaur museum.
Children will be kept happy with the waterpark in Peniche and the go-kart track!
Restaurants in the area are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. A haven for fish and sea food lovers!!

This was our 2nd visit to the house but we still found lots of new places to visit. The patio chairs had been replaced and new sun loungers are also provided. My husband enjoyed having Sky TV and the Wi Fi. We just love the house and the village, everybody is very friendly. The information book gives new ideas for places to visit and its good to hear other visitors views on places to eat etc. If you want a chill out break this is the place to go, food and wine are excellent value in the local area. The wine in the welcome pack was really nice. Many thanks we will be back!! |

We visited the house in October being the close season really, so everywhere was quiet but we really enjoyed it being so relaxing and peaceful. The house is home from home and very spacious. We visited with our friends and all had plenty of space and a good choice of bathrooms. We enjoyed the village life and found the locals to be very welcoming and friendly. The pool area is very clean and we were very lucky with the weather and were able to take a daily dip. Hire car is essential, so we did explore the local area and found some really lovely restaurants. Food and drink is cheaper than the uk. We will for sure be returning and would be happy to go in the Autumn for a pre winter break. Having been to The Algarve this was a completly different holiday but was enjoyed by all. |

Myself and my partner stayed for one week at the villa. When we arrived it was a nice touch to see some food in the fridge and a nice bottle of wine, The villa was great very clean, we particually enjoyed the games room downstairs and the patio outside for bbqs and sunsets. The beach close by baleal is a must see very relaxing serving nice bar snacks and the surf was great for my boyfriend to go in everyday. we had a great week and particually enjoyed our visit to the near by world heritage sight obidios!! |
