Ventonvaise Orchard Cottage is a tranquil hidden oasis 1 bedroom cottage (sleeps 2) nestled in a tranquil valley setting just a 5 min drive to Perranporth beach(Dog friendly) , shops and amenities, 10 mins from St Agnes, it is also an excellent central location for exploring all of Cornwall.

This lovely rural /coastal retreat is ideal for those looking to relax and unwind. Set within its own grounds with wonderful views of the countryside and offering great walks from your front door, within walking distance of the Award winning Callestick Ice cream Farm, Healeys Cyder Farm and Zucchinis Italian restaurant.

Ventonvaise Orchard Cottage is semi-detached to the owners cottage , yet provides private and peaceful accommodation with its own private south facing garden and orchard with reclining sun loungers, patio furniture and BBQ , private driveway and ample private parking.

The cottage has bright and airy reverse accommodation to incorporate the glorious countryside views.

On entering the conservatory from the garden there is a sofa to relax, overlooking the garden, orchard and fields beyond .Great spot for bird and wildlife watching. Woodpeckers often visit the garden.

Dining table and chairs ,Washing machine and dishwasher also in the conservatory.

Door leads through to bright and airy modern fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave ,under counter fridge and separate under counter freezer. Lounge area with Flat screen 40 inch TV with DVD player , sky free sat, Sofa, coffee table , Freestanding fan.

Far reaching wonderful countryside views to front and back.

Stairs leading down to a spacious bedroom with king size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe with drawers , dressing table and mirror. The bedroom has the luxury of underfloor heating.

Adjacent to the bedroom is a lovely modern bathroom with large rain head shower, toilet and sink with shaver light over, heated towel rail and again with the luxury of underfloor heating.

Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a small enclosed private courtyard.

Central heating, wi-fi , electric, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Outside there is a hose for rinsing wetsuits etc.

Why can't I call Sue (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
