Situated in a village and 500m from the beach in a well known holiday area in a quiet place to all comerces and beaches. The cottage sleeps eight people in 3 bedrooms, shower room and separate WC. Also on the ground floor is a large sitting sunroom, a large dining room with ample space to accommodate all eight guests along with a fully equipped kitchen. Also outdoors is a private garden with patio furniture and barbecue perfect for relaxing in the sun during the day and ideal for al fresco dining in the evening

The Brittany / Morbihan region
Brittany and the Morbihan region in particular, have long been firm favourites with tourists the world over. It is not hard to see why being not only an area of outstanding natural beauty but also an area of astounding natural diversity.
From the densely forsted centre of Brittany, to the beautiful cost line and islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, from the salt marsh areas of the Briére region to the vast sandy beaches at Péenestin and La Baule you will not be short of things to see and do, man-made points of interest abound also.
Penestin area
The local area accounts for five of Brittany's "Petites Cites de Caractére" a classification awarded to twons which best represent the cultural and traditional heritage of the region. Brittany's capital city Rennes and southern Brittany's largest tourist twon Vannesare also within close proximity.
Penestin is a nice little town withe largest beach, numerous local markets, but this part of Morbihan is a dream for sailors and my English friends.
