The property has 40 hectares and beautiful views for the river Tâmega and Douro.
Some rooms have hidromassage bathtube and are well furnished.

It's very calm, quiet. The tranquillity is always present. So, you may pass your vacations delighting with the tranquillity that you haven't in the city, reading in a shadow of a tree... Or you may visit the surroundings, or Porto City that's so near 35 km, Amarante, Penafiel, Paredes, Régua...

The rooms outside the house are Spacious and airy master bedroom tastefully furnished for a relaxing atmosphere where you may prepare your cup of tea and if you like you may go to the garden, where you may rest or read and relax with yours cup of tea. The others, inside the house are very well furnished too and they also have hidromassage bathtubes. Outside you have the splanade where you may really just be there and relax.

The Northern Mountains region

The climate is cold in the winter (from 0ºC till 16ºC some days you may have 20ºC) it depends, but sometimes the sun is warm and nice.
During the summer while in Porto City is 22ºC and sometimes windy (littoral) in the property is 32ºC, 33ºC and the water of the pool at the middle of the summer is at 28ºC.

Penafiel / Entre-os-Rios area

We have the epoque (normally September) when you may gather grapes.
We have the lamprey festival and the epoque to eat lamprey is from September till March.
On the Thursday before the Easter we have the Endoenças Procession, they put over 53000 candles on the margins of the rivers Douro and Tâmega.
We have archaeological findings nearby, etc.

How to get there

From Oporto city get the A3 highway and then A4 hightway - direction Vila Real.
After Paredes you get out in Penafiel Sul - Entre-os-Rios.
Always follow the direction Entre-os-Rios. When you find at your right side a gas station of Repsol, 100 mts after you'll see on your right side EJA, S. Miguel follow that street. Then turn left and the property will appear right on your left side.

- 1 house with 2 double bedrooms each with its private bathroom and that we may put 2/3 extra beds outside the bedrooms, it has kitchen and dining room.
- In front of this house we have 2 bedrooms (the major ones) with hidromassage bathtube (these are only bedrooms)
- We have 2 houses with one double bedroom, one has a bathroom with shower and the other has a bathroom with tub. We may put 2 extra beds (or more) in each of this houses) they have kitchen.
- The principal house has 3 rooms, 2 with hidromassage bathtube and one with shower massage.
We may rent as B&B or Self Catering. If it's a big group we may rent all the houses and rooms in Self-Catering.
