The original features have been carefully retained, yet it offers modern elegance in undoubtedly the most amazing location. Other features include flat screen TV with free sat channels, thick, fluffy towels & robes, toiletries, internet.

Its rare to find a large, high quality villa right on the sea, with room for 2 families, with all the modern amenities one would expect. Footprints Villa is right on the sea front with a huge 50 sq metre front terrace and 100 sq m rear pool area, upper balcony with wonderful views. The pool is 8m x 4m.
With 2 reception rooms, dining room, huge kitchen with island, atrium leading to the upper floor and all individually designed bedrooms.
We supply a large free welcome pack, towels, toiletries, bath robes for all adult guests.
Free wireless internet, English TV, iPod dock.

If you wish to proceed, I would then send a booking form which can be posted or scanned and returned.
The deposit is 50% on booking (we accept PayPal credit card payment for the deposit), with the balance of 50% not due until 2 months before your holiday (balances by internet bank payment please).
We keep our availability calendar right up to date for you to first check for a desired period.
I am Richard, the owner, and I deal directly with all my guests. I do not use booking agents. I oversaw the restoration of Footprints over a 3 year period and opened for client enjoyment in 2010. I have may client reviews that can be seen on my web site - (footprints-croatia).

The Dubrovnik Riviera/Islands region
The Peljesac Peninsula is located about 100km north of the ancient city of Dubrovnik (well worth a day trip!).
Viganj, the village is regarded as one of the prettiest on the coast. Its sleepy way of life lends itself to safe, family holidays, with clear, safe blue sea beaches (right outside the villa!).
The village has numerous places to eat and drink (all within walking of course - no need for a car!) as well as a well stocked small supermarket with ATM.
The little ferry leaves the village to take you over to the 12 century 'mini Dubrovnik' city of Korcula, taking 15 mins.
The Peljesac / Viganj area
Viganj is right in the middle of Croatia's wine growing region so a visit to the vineyards is highly recommended.
Viganj is also the wind surfing capital of all of Croatia, with the national championships held here.
Learn to wind surf at one of the clubs located on the beaches, or just watch the pro-s do it from your sea front terrace.
Or, why not fish off the villa's jetty!

The nearest airport to Footprints Villa is Dubrovnik (code DBV). From this small but very efficient airport, with lots of car hire on site, stake the beautiful costly road, with its amazing views, then into the wine region for about 50km, arriving at the villa. Footprints is on the mainland, so no need to get ferries (that in summer can have you waiting in long queues!!). Our map on this site shows you just where we are, but if you need more information, please just ask me.
All major low cost airlines fly to Dubrovnik (jet2, easy jet, ryan air, monarch, thomson etc etc), with direct flights starting March, with BA and Croatian flying in the winter. Book in January or February to get amazing deals.

Both the location and the Villa are amazing! The owner of this property has really good taste in decoration and the fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality through and through, right down to the linen and the towels and a few in our party work in Hotels, myself included. We were a party of 9 and this villa exceeded all of our expectations. the pictures do not do it justice! The view from the front terrace is breath taking and the water is literally seconds from the front door which is blue green and we spent equal time in both the pool and the sea and also watching the sun go down. The little village is pretty and the locals welcoming and we took a taxi boat to Korcula a couple of evenings for drinks and dinner. I couldnt recommend this location and property enough!

Our holiday group of 9 friends had an amazing weeks holiday in Footprints - it exceeded all of our expectations, in so many ways!! I really cannot stress how I don't feel that the website does justice to this AMAZING Villa. Footprints is a detached property which has been restored to the highest standard with beautiful fixtures and fittings. Everything about our holiday was perfect. Footprints is the best Villa we have ever rented from this site - it easily gains five stars. The village is small, the locals are friendly and helpful there are numerous bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Every morning you wake up to glorious views and we highly recommend taking a short boat ride to Korcula. A peaceful location, stunning scenery with an impressive, large, first class Villa. We cannot wait to return!

Footprints Viganj had everything we could have hoped for and we had the best family holiday ever (ages 23-63). Beautifully appointed villa, ideal location with everything within easy reach - warm sea, spectacular scenery, great restaurants, shop, boat and bike hire, diving, ferry to Korcula to visit the fascinating Old Town. Relaxing on the lovely terrace in the warm evenings was the perfect way to end each wonderful day. And particular thanks to Richard, the owner, for all his very helpful and friendly assistance.

when I booked the villa as a celebration of my 60th birthday with 7 friends, we were all a bit skeptical about Croatia as a destination but we all were up for the adventure.
Well, we all agreed that Croatia is fabulous and the villa (if possible) is even more so.
The villa is exactly as presented although perhaps, not quite as private as the pictures might suggest but this was in no way a problem.
The owner (Richard) was very responsive to our endless questions and efficient in all the business matters.
In the end, we all agreed .... FABULOUS!!!!

This house has it all: location, views, comfort, space, amenities and style. The seaside location is really sweet. The house is spacious and stylishly decorated, with all the amenities, like pool, decks, WiFi and Sky TV, and the house is well equipped and the kitchen has all you need if you want to cook your own meals. It's close to Orebic' where there's a good market, and the ferries to Korcula. The owner is attentive and easy to work with. Highly recommended property.

The villa was excellent for us, a big family with grandparents, teenagers and small children. The bedrooms were great, and we especially liked that most of them had their own bathroom. Everything was perfect, even the weather:). We enjoyed the sun from all the lovely terraces, and it was a pleasure to cook in the big, well-equipped kitchen.The surroundings are really beautiful, we rented a bike and took trips in the mountains. We also visited the closest Island Korcula, with its lovely old town. And for windsurfers, this must be paradise. Hopefully we will be back someday. Our first trip to Croatia and we found the most perfect place to stay.
The villa is superb, stylish, well designed and with all those extra touches to make it special.
Very spacious bedrooms designed to suit all ages and family groups and lots of outside space to suit sun lovers or just a read in the shade.
Breakfasting on the front terrace each day was wonderful.
Excellent local restaurants nearby, recommended by the owners and previous guests in the visitors book, especially the one at the top of the mountain.!!!

A wonderful location and luxurious villa which was the envy of a number of passers-by who were asking how to book it.
Beautiful clear water and brilliant sunshine during our stay, and the friendly local service made our stay very pleasant.
A water taxi to Korcula was cheap and made a great day out, the taxi leaving from the jetty just a few yards away.

The villa lived up to all its claims. Very comfortable, tastefully furnished, good quality linens, kitchen equipment etc.Great position, and if you want to wind surf its available as are some nice restaurants, without having to get into the car.
I have rented many villas and this comes near to the top.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location.
Unlike some properties all the bedrooms and bathrooms are of the same high standard and the decor and accessories make if feel more like a boutique hotel than a rental villa.
The sea is just a few steps away and the supermarket and restaurants are within easy walking distance. So too is the little pedestrian ferry to Korcula which is an absolute must to visit both in the daytime and in the evening.

our holiday villa was simply perfect, so much so we are booking it again!
Stunning location and beautifully furnished we were so comfortable and could not have hoped for a better first time experience of croatia.
little touches such as crisp bed linen, fluffy towels and the best welcome pack ever made this a glorious place to stay in a glorious location.
We were very well looked after by the people maintaining the villa and pool and loved being a few meters from a great restaurant. perfect.

To book Footprints Villa is easy. Just send me and enquire and I will confirm the price and the availability. If you wish to progress, I would provide a booking form to be completed and returned (post of scanned e-mailed). The deposit is 50% to secure Footprints.The balance of 50% is not due until 8 weeks before your stay. Balances are to be paid by cheque or internet bank please.
The rate includes all services, air conditioning, the services of our local agent, large welcome basket.
A £300 security deposit is requested with your balance, returned after your stay, subject to damage checks made on check out.
